Who are we?
Based in the heart of the South Downs National Park here in Petworth, West Sussex, The Sauerkraut Company is passionate about fermented foods. We currently have 4 varieties, and have worked tirelessly to produce the ultimate raw, unpasteurised, living, probiotic products on the market today. We hand make in small carefully crafted batches, using the finest, local, earth friendly ingredients available

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts often described as 'good' or 'friendly' bacteria, essential for healthy gut function and increasing levels of natural immunity. Fermented foods have a very high probiotic level, and one of the nicest ways to eat such a food group is Sauerkraut, to be enjoyed as part of your daily diet, rather than as a diet supplement. Suitable for all consumers, including vegans and vegetarians
Classic Sauerkraut has just 2 ingredients, Shredded White Cabbage, and Himalayan Mountain Salt.
Kimchi Kraut is based on Sauerkraut but with a Korean twist. Additional ingredients such as Mooli Radish, Chilli Peppers, Bell Peppers, Ginger and Garlic, to give it a more spicy uplift.
Cubed Carrot Sauerkraut is based on the classic, with the addition of fresh whole Carrot and onion, giving it a slightly sweeter taste.
Cubed Beetroot Sauerkraut is again based on our classic Sauerkraut, with the addition of fresh whole Beetroot, giving it a slightly earthier sweet flavour
Arnold’s Condiments was founded by Simon Arnold, raised and brought up in West Sussex and from a farming family. Arnold’s started with a selection of homemade condiments and cooking sauces, but always with a keen interest in producing very natural and healthy foods. Having grown sufficiently the condiments business, Simon had to rethink his own diet and lifestyle due to hereditary ill-health, and after extensive research changed his entire lifestyle embracing completely a vegan diet. Through his own will and determination he is now back to full health and fitness, but very much controlled through maintaining veganism as a way of life, and developing other food products that are tasty and natural whilst assisting with good health
